SENATE ETHICS COMMITTEE RESPONDS TO CREW COMPLAINTS AGAINST NOW FORMER SEN. FRIST - TWO YEARS LATER
4 Feb 2008 // In the fall of 2005, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) filed two Senate Ethics complaints against now former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN). Today, over two years later, CREW received a response from the Senate Ethics Committee.

JUDGE ISSUES TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER IN CREW LAWSUIT AGAINST THE WHITE HOUSE
12 Nov 2007 // U.S. District Judge Henry Kennedy granted Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington's (CREW) request for a temporary restraining order to prevent the White House from destroying back-up copies of millions of deleted emails while the lawsuit is pending.

CREW SUES WHITE HOUSE AND NATIONAL ARCHIVES AND RECORDS ADMINISTRATION OVER LOST EMAILS
25 Sep 2007 // Today, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) filed a lawsuit against the Executive Office of the President, the Office of Administration and the National Archives and Records Administration challenging as contrary to law their knowing failure to recover, restore and preserve millions of electronic communications created and/or received within the White House.
CREW SENDS FOIA TO COUNCIL ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
12 May 2006 // Washington, DC – Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) sent a FOIA request to CEQ asking for all records in the agency’s possession mentioning or relating to the causes associated with global warming or climate change.
