If Dell won't honor its warranties, CREW, with help from the public, will hold Dell accountable.

CREW's fifth annual Most Corrupt Members of Congress report provides detailed analysis of the unethical and sometimes illegal activities of 15 congressmen and women who have most egregiously betrayed the public's trust. The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is failing in its mandated mission to administer and enforce regulations governing the financing of federal elections. Violations of federal campaign finance law are likely to go unpunished because of the partisan deadlock that has rendered the FEC a toothless tiger — or, in the words of one major newspaper: The Little Agency That Wouldn’t. CREW’s FixtheFEC.org website monitors complaints that are filed with the agency and raises public attention to the urgent need for the FEC to start fulfilling its legal responsibilities.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) released its first-ever analysis of the misuse of power by the chairmen and ranking members of all House of Representative committees and subcommittees, as well as top leadership positions, to financially benefit their family members. The new report, Family Affair, names 96 members from 33 states: 44 Democrats and 53 Republicans.
